If you're logged in to Stuworld.nl, you can (for example, by relocation) change your information under ‘Settings’.
From the mediators and landlords offering their living space at Stuworld, you can expect to receive a response within one week if you have responded to living space. If not, you can report this to us. Stuworld cannot guarantee the speed at which your response(s) will be answered.

There is no limit. However, the same living space may only be offered once. If a living space is placed by someone several times, you can report this to us. Stuworld will remove this living space as soon as possible from the website.
After registration, you received an email from Stuworld containing your login information. First, check if you still have this email. If you do not have this email anymore, please ask for a new password using the Forgot password option. Your login details will then be sent to your specified email address.
If you're sure your login information is correct, check your browser, firewall, and anti-virus program on sessions and cookies of Stuworld.nl.
After registration, you will receive an email from Stuworld within a few minutes at the specified email address containing the login details. If you do not receive this email, it may be because of the following reasons:
1. It is possible that the email has ended up in your junk mail by a too strict spam filter.
2. Your inbox is full.
If you accidentally entered a wrong email address, you will need to log in again with the correct email address.

The placement of accommodation is free of charge. For members it is then possible to respond to this living space.
